Who we are
Montbards is a capital and asset advisory house for specialist assets, with offices in London and Luxembourg. Montbards is the controller of the personal data you provide through this Scorecard.
What we collect
Your answers to the Scorecard questions, your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your company or family office, telephone number and how you heard of the Scorecard.
Why we use it
To prepare a response to you based on your answers and, only if you have indicated that you are happy to be contacted, to contact you about your results.
Lawful basis
Your consent, given by ticking the relevant boxes before you submit. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Who receives it
Montbards and the service providers who process data on our behalf, including Microsoft Dynamics, which we use to record and manage enquiries. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
24 months from submission, unless a relationship with Montbards begins, in which case it is retained in line with that relationship.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
